With Explore Application Performance - a tool based on Ipanema Technologies - the VDAB can measure the availability and performance of the applications. SunSwitch uses mobile communication from Proximus to monitor photovoltaic panels. The company is able to gather production data and instantly detect defects remotely. Via the Web application GreenWatch, the customers also have insight into their production figures. This lets them keep an eye on the returns generated by their installation.
