A better network means better service to members
“Euromut is the most important mutual health insurance fund within Union Nationale des Mutualités Libres, Euromut has more than half a million members”. Euromut called on Telindus-Belgacom to install an extended local network to help it to manage these multiple files. “I am really very happy with what was done technically” emphasises Benoît Dehon, IT Manager at Euromut. “We dealt with competent, proactive and pleasant technicians for both the LAN and WAN. Thanks to the quality of the network, the new system makes it possible to transfer more information faster, which translates into better quality of service for our members. For example, we can reimburse them more quickly. The goal is to offer an appropriate service within an appropriate time frame”.
